I bought a pair of Skullcandy Skullcrushers back in April and two weeks ago the speakers started rattling. Needless to say, I wasn't happy with the product. Well... Skullcandy offers a lifetime warranty will ALL of their products. So... I went online and filled out the warranty claim like you are supposed to then the next morning I called their offices and explained that I am an audio student and NEED my headphones and I need them to NOT be rattling. Normally you are required to send in your old headphones, they test them, verify they are broke, then send you a new pair. They were out of stock of the headphones I had. So, they gave me an in-store credit for the FULL retail price PLUS $7 for shipping, NO QUESTIONS ASKED and he told me to just toss my Skullcrushers in the trash since they were busted. (I kept them for decoration ) Pretty sweet deal I thought. Even though I wasn't satisfied with the Skullcrushers, I was MORE than satisfied with their customer service and the way they handled my problem, so I was willing and happy to do business with them again. I decided to throw in some extra cash with the in-store credit they gave me and upgrade to the nicest pair of headphones they offer, the Aviators. I just got them last week and I have to say that these are the most comfortable, stylish, and best sounding headphones I have ever owned, and possibly ever listened to. A+++ Just thought I would share my story with you guys so if anyone is in the market for new headphones. Skullcandy = A+++ (in my opinion)
